Your agreement with us

You are contracting with BB Nursing Academy, the seller and operator of BB Nursing Academy. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you accept these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or have permission from your parent or guardian where required.

We provide nursing exam preparation, practice questions, mock tests and study tools according to your plan. Content is educational, not medical or other regulated professional advice. Verify clinical information with authoritative sources and qualified professionals; we do not guarantee marks, selection or employment and are not affiliated with recruitment authorities.

Accounts and permitted use

Keep your account information accurate and your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam or abusive content, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape or copy questions in bulk, circumvent plan limits, reverse engineer the service, or resell access. Do not share accounts.

Content and intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service and our software, documentation and branding. Question content and other materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. Access does not transfer ownership. You retain rights to content you submit and give us permission to host and process it only to operate, secure and support the service.

Some practice questions are AI-assisted. Outputs may be inaccurate and must be checked; they are not verified official previous-year questions unless expressly identified as such. If you submit prompts or content, you must have the necessary rights and are responsible for their use and for checking outputs. Illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware and attempts to bypass safeguards are prohibited. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs and suspend accounts for misuse. Rights holders can report infringement to bbnursingacademy@bbnursingacademy.org; repeated infringement may result in termination.

Payments, renewals and refunds

Live payments are not enabled yet; test checkouts do not constitute paid memberships. When live checkout becomes available, the chosen plan, billing period, price and renewal consent will be displayed before purchase. Access starts or extends only after verified payment and lasts for the confirmed subscription period. Cancellation stops future renewal while access continues until the paid period ends. Expiry removes paid features without deleting saved history; Free practice remains available under its limits.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For Paddle purchases, payment, billing, taxes, subscription cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy. You can request help or a refund through paddle.net.

Availability and suspension

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can request account deletion through Account settings or support; suspension does not remove statutory refund or privacy rights.
